Denver's tree-lined streets are beautiful, but silver maples and cottonwoods send roots straight through the joints of an aging clay sewer lateral — it's the most common cause of recurring backups we see in neighborhoods like Park Hill and Congress Park. Once roots get a foothold, the problem comes back a little worse every year.

We start with a camera inspection to locate the exact problem and depth before recommending anything. Many lines can be repaired trenchless — pipe bursting or cured-in-place lining — fixing the pipe from the inside with minimal digging. When a section has truly failed, we excavate and replace just that run, including permitting for work that crosses the city right-of-way.
